An IBO (Independent Business Owner) is a business entity registered on the Arise Platform that allows individuals to provide remote customer service to various companies. Premier Client Services acts as an IBO that helps contractors like you connect with legitimate work-from-home opportunities. We handle the business setup, support, and payments, so you can focus on working and earning.

What are the requirements to work as an independent contractor?

  • A high-speed wired internet connection (Wi-Fi is not allowed).
  • A USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
  • A landline telephone or VoIP setup (required for certain clients).
  • The ability to pass a background check (varies by client).

What type of work will I be doing?

As a contractor with Premier Client Services, you’ll provide remote customer service, tech support, or sales assistance for well-known companies. Your responsibilities may include:
📞 Answering customer calls and resolving inquiries.
💬 Assisting with chat or email support.
🛠️ Troubleshooting technical issues.
🛍️ Helping customers with orders, billing, or account management.

Each client has different requirements, and you can choose the one that best fits your skills and availability.

Is there a cost to get started?

There is no fee to join Premier Client Services, but Arise does have a small background check fee of $30. This fee is paid directly to Arise, not to Premier Client Services and is not paid until afdter registration is complete and you determine what client you would like to certify with.

Many contractors consider this an investment in their work-from-home career. 

How and when do I get paid?

You are paid bi-weekly via direct deposit based on the hours you work. Your earnings depend on the client program you choose.

As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes. We do not withhold taxes, so we recommend consulting a tax professional on how to handle your earnings.

Can I choose my own schedule?

Yes! One of the biggest advantages of working with Premier Client Services is schedule flexibility.

  • You select your own hours within the client’s available time slots.
  • Most clients require a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, but you can work more if desired.
  • Weekend and evening shifts are available for those who prefer non-traditional hours.

This is perfect for parents, students, retirees, or anyone looking for work-life balance.

Do I need prior customer service experience?

Not necessarily! While customer service experience is preferred, many clients offer training to help you get started. If you have good communication skills, patience, and a willingness to learn, you can succeed in this role.
